All products on the Zen Diamond website are sold under the Zen Diamond maintenance guarantee, with special jewelry certificates. Zen Diamond is always with you to provide the support you need to use the products you have purchased for many years. Third parties and institutions other than Zen Diamond do not interfere with the products in any way, size adjustment, repair, etc. they should not take action.
Virtual Store Returns & Exchanges Conditions
The following terms apply only to Zen Diamond Online Store:
When you take the jewelry in your hand, you will see that the jewelry offered for sale in the Zenpirlanta.com Virtual Store is much more beautiful than its photographs. It is our basic principle that you are happy as a result of your shopping.
You can get the amount you paid back by returning the jewelry you purchased from the Virtual Store within 14 days from the delivery date in accordance with the distance sales contract. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal (right of cancellation and return) in ring orders, depending on legal conditions, since the ring size is custom-made. However, cancellations and returns on ring orders exclusive to zenpirlanta.com are made with a 5% deduction. However, there is no right of withdrawal for wedding rings with inscriptions.
Perfumes with opened gelatin are not refundable.
In order to exercise the right of return, the decision of withdrawal must be notified to Zenpirlanta.com within this 14-day period.

In case you complete the return process without the approval of Zenpirlanta.com, your return transaction will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for jewelery produced in accordance with the very special wishes and demands of the consumer, made personally by making changes or additions to the metal setting and color or on it.
Upon the request of the BUYER, when a special production is made in a color different from the metal color offered on the website, or in special orders given outside the ring size range, necklace and bracelet size offered on the website, in marriage wedding rings with text inside, or when the ordered product is delivered to the BUYER. After the delivery, when transactions such as changes in ring size, necklace, bracelet size, and model are made at the request of the BUYER, these goods specially produced in line with the customer's special requests, and perfumes with opened gelatin are included in the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Your orders that you want to return must be sent to the address we will inform you as they were sent to you, complete with jewelry, invoice, waybill, certificate, and gift products if any. VAT and other legal obligations, if any, of the products whose original invoice is not sent are not refundable.
In invoices issued on behalf of your company, you must send the jewelery with the return invoice issued by your company in order for the return to take place. Order returns, invoiced on behalf of your company, cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
The responsibility for the arrival of the package to the specified return address belongs to the consumer.
After the return is received, the price of the products is returned to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, and to the bank account if it was given via wire transfer/EFT.
The product to be returned must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" in Article 9 of the "Distance Sales Contract" and the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" in Article 15.
You can also change the jewelry you have purchased from the virtual store in our stores, provided that it complies with the above conditions.
