Warranty conditions
All products on the Zen Diamond website are sold under the Zen Diamond maintenance guarantee, with special jewelry certificates. Zen Diamond is always with you to provide the support you need to use the products you have purchased for many years. Third parties and institutions other than Zen Diamond do not interfere with the products in any way, size adjustment, repair, etc. they should not take action.

Exchanging and returning policy at Zen Diamond Alnashmi



During 7 days from purchasing date:

1- Refund is not possible at all.

 

2- The customer can sell the piece with a deduction of 25% of the purchase price.

 

3- The customer can exchange the purchased piece with another one that has the same or a higher value for one time only if the piece was new or unused or it didn't happen to be modified by a request of the customer.

 

4- A piece that would be exchanged for the second time goes under the general exchange policy with 25% deduction of the purchase price even if that was during the first 7 days of the first purchase process.

 

After 7 days and within 6 months of the purchase date:

 

1- The customer can sell the purchased piece or exchange it with a deduction of 25% of the purchase price if the piece was whole (not broken or snapped and no fallen stones).

 

2- Deduction percentage increases to 50% if the piece was modified or maintained in the Maintenance Center of the company by a request of the customer.

 

After 6 months of the purchase date:

 

1-2- The deduction percentage of the exchange process increases to 50% if the piece was modified or maintained in the Maintenance Centre of the company by a request of the customer.

 

The customer can continue to exchange the purchased piece with a deduction of 25% of the purchase price if the piece was whole (not broken or snapped and no fallen stones).

 

3- The customer can sell the piece with a deduction of 50% of the purchase price if the piece was whole and in its natural condition. Otherwise, the piece has to be reviewed by experts to indicate the correct percentage for the added deduction.

 

Conditions of the sales and exchange policy:

 

1- The owner of the piece has to be present and has to show their identity card when they want to sell or exchange any piece (Policy of piece protection and customer privacy is to be applied)

 

2- The certificate of each piece has to be presented with it. Each piece has one and only certificate that is handed with the piece to its owner.

 

3- The customer loses their right to sell or exchange if the piece has been modified by any means outside the Maintenance Center of the company (Enlargement, Minimizing, stone replacement, gold color replacement, maintenance or any modification of the main properties of the piece)

 

Exceptions of the sales and exchange policy:

 

1- Watches:

 

Guarantee includes the watch movement for one year of the purchase date under the condition of the watch safety including the storage or usage conditions.

 

2- Accessories and gifts:

 

The customer has no right to sell or exchange any pieces of those that are categorized as accessories such as men silver rings, cufflinks, men bracelets and pendants, ties, car medals, silicone bracelets, silver bracelets and pendants, Cigar box and its peripherals, and perfumes.

 

3- Pearl:

 

Sales and exchange policy doesn't cover pearl jewels in all of their shapes or colors.

 

4- Platinum:

 

Sales and exchange policy doesn't cover platinum rings or any other jewels made of platinum.

 

5- Piercing:

 

Sales and exchange policy doesn't cover any type of piercing

 

*Company policy does not include any pieces those has been bought from outside Iraq official stores and it convey to the policy of the country sold from.
