3.e. Users cannot block or make it difficult for other users and visitors to use iraq.zendiamond.com, nor can they force/lock servers or databases by installing automatic programs. 4. c. Again, any notice sent by iraq.zendiamond.com using the user's registered email address will be deemed to have reached the user after a day and  (one day) email sent by iraq.zendiamond.com. The User declares, accepts, and undertakes that he has read, understood, and accepted all the materials in this Participation Agreement and agrees to the accuracy of the information he has provided about himself.
